BFY Thin Edge Slitter

BFY系列薄刀分纸机是根据目前纸箱包装行业质量要求越来越高，为克服愿分纸压线机切口瓦楞被压瘪，脱胶、边口面纸表面被损坏等问题而研制出来的新一代纸箱包装机械，适用于对三层、五层、七层瓦楞纸板分切与压线，该机采用无级调速电机为动力，齿轮传动，具有限声低、传动平稳、调节范围大等特点。

特点：

 采用预压送纸，送纸平稳。

 采用薄刀分切（厚度仅为1.2毫米），设有自动、手动砂轮磨削，保持刀刃锋利，使分切的纸板平滑整齐。

 纸板通过预压、分切后再经过压线来完成产品要求，保证压痕不出现裂痕现象。

 Thin edge ( about 1.2mm thickness ) slitting with automatic and manual grindstone keep knife edge sharp and make slit paper smooth and tidy.

 Creasing on slit pre-pressed paper board ensure the original lines without cracking.
