送纸部：

 真空吸附辅助后踢式送纸系统，可视纸板尺寸，弯曲成度适当做风量调整，确保供纸准确。

 电动机组离合警铃提示，行进时警铃持续响铃警示，确保操作人员安全。

 隔张送纸装置，可根据需要选择连续或隔张送纸。

 电子计数器记录生产数量或设定生产数量。

 装置尼龙刷排除尘、除屑，可清楚纸板印刷面上的杂质，提高印刷品质。

Feeding Unit

 Vacuum suction with kick bar feeder. The air volume can be set in accordance with different paperboard bending conditions so as to feed paper smoothly. 

 Each unit separation and incorporation is motorized. When the machine is separating or incorporating, an alarm bells to make operators safety. 

 Skip feeding device enables to choose constant print and interval paper feeding. 

 Counter: Recording and setting output electrically. 

 Nylon brush for cleaning the dust on the surface of the paper board is installed for perfect printing effect.

印刷部：

 印刷辊：采用优质钢材，表面经研磨，镀硬铬。

 快速换版装置，可360度调整。

 设有脚踏开关（可正反转），方便装卸印版。

 送纸轮，压印辊间隙手动调整，刻度盘显示。

 机组之间气动刹车装置，当机组分离式，刹车机构锁紧机组的阀向移动，保持齿轮的固定点。

 橡胶辊：选用优质钢材，表面覆盖进口优质耐磨橡胶。

 印刷部相位电动行星轮调整，刻度盘显示调整量。

 印刷辊横向手动调整距离20mm。

Printing Unit

 Printing roller: The roller is made of thick steel board and its surface is plated hard chromium after it is grinded.

 Quick hanging forme device. And 360 degree adjustment.

 A switch regulated by feet makes the roller turn clockwise and anticlockwise. So it is convenient to load and unload the forme. 

 Adjusting clearances of feeding wheels and impressing roller manually and dial displays. 

 Pneumatic brakes are installed in each unit.When separating, the brakes fix the gears and prevent them from moving. 

 Rubber roller: Adopting high quality steel pipe and is covered by imported anti-abrasion rubber.

 Regulating printing phase position is motorized by planetary gear system and dial displays. 

 Manual transversal adjustment of the printing roller covers 20mm.

开槽部：

 箱高，四道联动手动调整。

 开槽刀厚度7mm，合金钢材料，锯齿形刀刃，保证使用寿命和开槽质量。

Slotting Unit 

 When it regulates the height of carton, the four knives act at the same time. Adjusting clearance by hand. 

 Adjusting the clearance of creasing wheels manually and the dial displays them.

 Thickness of the alloy steel slotter is 7mm.And the hackle blade can prolong its using life and keep perfect slotting effect. 

 Phase position is regulated by motorized planetary gear and digital display.
